Nadine, owner/operator of Ritual Apothecary in Peterborough, first came to me for help with labels for her in house skincare and wellness product line, The Willow's Bark. Though she had an existing design that overall she liked the feel of, she was struggling with many technical issues with them. The labels lacked consistency across her many products and label types and she was getting poor results when they were printed: blurry text and letters and lines that bled together.
I stepped in and created a redesigned label style that maintained the elements she loved while ensuring that the design would hold its integrity when printed, and not just look nice solely on a screen. I designed consistent label templates that make both updating current products and creating new ones a breeze; cutting down on both costs and frustration. The new labels are perfect down to the last detail. A new typeface brings a refined and fresh look to the products and the design will stand out on stockists shelves as her business continues to expand.
I continue to work with Nadine with whatever she needs and most recently designed a set of custom icons for her to use on her websites and social media platforms.
Bronwyn is extremely organized, professional, adept at graphic design, and understands the importance of timelines. She is a very intuitive designer who does her research and has always listened to my creative direction so that we can work together to design something with her expertise that also suits my brand and vision.
